1. Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter 'GTC/ToU') are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the subscription and use of the Bridg_® platform, a company governed by Algerian law.
Bridg_® is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for hotel distribution channel management, enabling accommodation establishments to connect their inventories to online travel agencies (OTAs) and synchronise their rates, availability and reservations in real time.
These GTC/ToU apply to any natural or legal person (hereinafter 'the User' or 'the Client') who accesses the platform, whether in trial version, Free Plan or Premium Plan.
2. Definitions
3. Acceptance of GTC/ToU
Access to the Bridg_® platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC/ToU. This acceptance takes place:
- Upon account creation, by checking the box 'I accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy';
- Upon subscribing to a Premium subscription, by validating the order form.
The User acknowledges having read these terms before registering and declares their full and unconditional acceptance.
4. Access to the Service
The Bridg_® platform is accessible via the internet, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to scheduled maintenance operations and force majeure events.
The User is responsible for the security of their account and undertakes to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information upon registration;
- Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials;
- Immediately notify Bridg_ of any unauthorised access to their account at security@bridgchannel.app;
- Not share their account with unauthorised third parties;
- Use the platform in accordance with these GTC/ToU and applicable legislation.
Bridg_ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of a breach of these terms.

Premium Plan pricing is defined on a per-quote basis depending on the number of properties and channels required. Any price change will be subject to 30 days' notice.
6. Billing and Payment
The Premium subscription is taken out for a fixed term (monthly or annual). Billing is issued at the start of the subscription period.
- Currency: Prices are expressed in Algerian Dinars (DZD) excluding taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- Taxes: VAT at the legal rate in force in Algeria applies to all invoices. For clients residing in the European Union, the VAT rules applicable in their country of residence apply.
- Automatic renewal: The subscription is tacitly renewed at each expiry date for an identical period, unless terminated in advance under the conditions set out in article 7.
- Invoices: Invoices are available in the Bridg_ client area (Settings → Subscription & Billing) and sent by email at each renewal.
In the event of non-payment, Bridg_ reserves the right to suspend access to the Premium Plan after sending a formal notice and a 10-day cure period.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
7.1 Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with the provisions applicable to distance contracts, and for users residing in the European Union (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a right of withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the date of your Premium subscription, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties.
To exercise this right, send your withdrawal request before the expiry of the period to billing@bridgchannel.app. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your request.
7.2 Cancellation at any time
Outside the withdrawal period, cancellation of the Premium subscription is possible at any time:
- From your client area: Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription;
- By email to billing@bridgchannel.app.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to all Premium features until that date. No partial refund is granted for the period already billed.
7.3 Exceptional refund cases
A partial or full refund may be granted in the following cases:
- Extended unavailability: If the platform is inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours (excluding planned maintenance) due to a failure attributable to Bridg_, a proportional credit note will be issued;
- Billing error: In the event of double billing or a proven pricing error;
- Termination by Bridg_: If Bridg_ terminates the contract without legitimate grounds, a pro-rata temporis refund will be made.
7.4 Consequences of termination
At the effective date of termination:
- The account is automatically downgraded to the Free Plan;
- Connected OTA channels are disconnected;
- Your property data and history remain accessible in read-only mode for 90 days, then archived in accordance with our retention policy;
- You can export your data at any time before this deadline (Settings → Export my data).
8. Termination by Bridg_
Bridg_ reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bridg_® platform in the following cases:
- Non-payment of the subscription after a formal notice has gone unanswered;
- Serious or repeated breach of these GTC/ToU;
- Fraudulent or abusive use of the platform;
- Unlawful activity contrary to Algerian or international legislation;
- Infringement of the legitimate interests of Bridg_ or third parties.
In the event of a serious breach, Bridg_ may proceed with immediate account suspension without notice. In other cases, 15 days' notice will be given, allowing the User to remedy the breach identified.
9. Intellectual Property
Bridg_® is a registered trademark. All elements of the platform (software, source code, graphical interfaces, databases, documentation) are protected by Algerian copyright and industrial property legislation.
Bridg_ grants the User, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis, a right to use the Bridg_® platform for the duration of the subscription and within the framework of their professional activity. This right of use does not constitute a transfer of ownership.
The User retains ownership of all data and content they enter on the platform (property data, rates, descriptions). They grant Bridg_ a limited right to use this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
10. Personal Data
The processing of personal data under these GTC/ToU is governed by Bridg_'s Privacy Policy, in compliance with Law No. 18-07 of June 10, 2018 and the GDPR (EU) 2016/679.
As a Client, you may also be responsible for processing the personal data of your clients (travellers) transiting through the platform. Bridg_ acts as a data processor for this processing, in accordance with article 18 of Law No. 18-07 and article 28 of the GDPR. A data processing agreement is available upon request.
11. Limitation of Liability
Within the limits permitted by Algerian law, Bridg_'s liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages only. Bridg_ shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue or customers resulting from temporary unavailability of the service;
- Commercial decisions made on the basis of data displayed on the platform;
- Malfunctions of third-party systems (OTAs, PMS) beyond Bridg_'s control;
- Loss of data resulting from User error;
- Indirect, consequential or non-material damages.
In any event, Bridg_'s liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the User during the 12 months preceding the triggering event.
12. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
In the event of non-compliance with the availability SLA, a proportional credit will be automatically applied to your next billing cycle.
13. Force Majeure
Neither Bridg_ nor the User shall be liable for the non-performance of their contractual obligations in the event of a force majeure event within the meaning of article 138 of the Algerian Civil Code (Ordinance No. 75-58), i.e. any event that is unforeseeable, irresistible and external to the party invoking it.
Force majeure events include in particular: natural disasters, acts of terrorism, armed conflicts, widespread telecommunications or energy network failures, and governmental decisions making it impossible to fulfil contractual obligations.
The party affected by a force majeure event must notify the other party as soon as possible in writing.
14. Modifications to the GTC/ToU
Bridg_ reserves the right to modify these GTC/ToU at any time. Any substantial modification will be notified to the User by email and/or in-app notification, with at least 30 days' notice before coming into force.
Continued use of the platform after the new GTC/ToU come into force constitutes acceptance of the modifications. In the event of disagreement, the User may terminate their subscription under the conditions set out in article 7, free of charge, before the date on which the new terms come into force.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC/ToU are governed by Algerian law, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code (Ordinance No. 75-58 of September 26, 1975), the Commercial Code (Ordinance No. 75-59) and Law No. 18-07 of June 10, 2018.
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation, validity or performance of these GTC/ToU, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution within 30 days of notification of the dispute by the more diligent party.
Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of the jurisdiction of Algiers (Algeria) shall have sole jurisdiction over the dispute, without prejudice to the rights of consumers residing in the European Union.
